Core Workout

  • L-sit - 40s, 40s, 30s, 30s
  • Box jumps (with plate(s)) - 10 x 4
  • Hanging side leg raises - 5 (each side) x 4
  • Single leg swiss ball jack knives - 10 (each leg) x 4
  • Cable crunches - 10 (60 lbs, 70, 80, 100)
  • Ab roller - 10 x 4
  • Hyper extensions - 10, 10, 10

Finisher

  • Grip strength with metal plates
  • Tibialis raises
  • Grip strength with metal balls + 2.5 kg (each arm)
