- Calf-raises -> Good mornings
Core Workout
- L-sit - 40s, 40s, 30s, 30s
- Box jumps (with plate(s)) - 10 x 4
- Hanging side leg raises - 5 (each side) x 4
- Single leg swiss ball jack knives - 10 (each leg) x 4
- Cable crunches - 10 (60 lbs, 70, 80, 100)
- Ab roller - 10 x 4
- Hyper extensions - 10, 10, 10
Finisher
- Grip strength with metal plates
- Tibialis raises
- Grip strength with metal balls + 2.5 kg (each arm)
