- L-sit - 40s, 40s, 30s, 30s
- Tuck jumps - 10 x 4
- Bicycle crunches - 20 (each side) x 4
- Lying wood choppers - 5 (each side) x 4
- Double bar leg raises - 10 (10 lbs, 10 lbs, 12 lbs, 12 lbs)
- Hanging around the worlds - 5 (each side) x 4
Hyper extensions - 10, 10, 10
Finisher
- Grip strength with metal balls + weight
- Tibialis raises
