    • Box jumps - 10
    • Inch worm - 10
    • Hanuman push-ups - 5 (each side)
    • Squat to DB press (10 lb DB each side) - 10
    • Battle rope - 30 (each side)
    • Burpees - 10

Finisher

  • Full body follow along stretching
