- DB crunches - 10 (20 lb DB each side), 10 (20 lb), 10 (20 lb), 10 (20 lb)
- Hanging windshield vipers - 5 (each side), 5, 5
- Jack knifes push-ups - 10 x 3
- Hyper extensions - 10, 10
- Ab roll - 10 x 3
Finisher
- Grip strength with metal plates
- Tibialis raises
