  • Tuck jumps - 10 x 4
  • Slam ball + half burpees - 10 x 4
  • Hanging windshield vipers - 5 (each side), 5, 5, 5
  • BB oblique twist (each side) - 5 (0 kg plate), 5 (5 kg), 5 (10 kg), 5 (10 kg)
  • Swiss ball forward rolls - 10 x 4
  • Hyper extensions - 10, 10, 10

Finisher

  • Grip strength with metal plates
  • Tibialis raises
  • Grip strength with metal balls + weight
