- Hanging windshield vipers - 5 (each side), 5, 5, 5
- BB oblique twist (each side) - 5 (0 kg plate), 5 (5 kg), 5 (10 kg), 5 (10 kg)
- Swiss ball forward rolls - 10 x 4
- Hyper extensions - 10, 10, 10
Finisher
- Grip strength with metal plates
- Tibialis raises
- Grip strength with metal balls + weight
