  • Gadha

Strength

  • Monkey bar (to & fro) - 2 sets

Cardio Workout

  • Super set - 5 sets
    • Lateral jump + inch work - 5 (each side)
    • Burpees - 10
    • Battle rope - 30 (each side)
    • Squat + DB press - 10 (12 lb)
    • Gadha hold on both hands and walk

Finisher

  • Full body follow along stretching
