  • Box jumps - 10 x 4
  • Bicycle crunches - 15 (each side), 20, 20, 20
  • Hanging leg raises (double bar) - 10, 10 (10 lb DB), 10 (10 lb), 10 (10 lb)
  • BB oblique twist (each side) - 10 (0 kg plate), 10 (5 kg), 10 (5 kg), 10 (5 kg)
  • DB hold leg raises - 10 x 3
  • Ab roll - 10 x 3

Finisher

  • Grip strength with metal balls
  • Tibialis raises
