- Hanging leg raises (double bar) - 10, 10 (10 lb DB), 10 (10 lb), 10 (10 lb)
- BB oblique twist (each side) - 10 (0 kg plate), 10 (5 kg), 10 (5 kg), 10 (5 kg)
- DB hold leg raises - 10 x 3
- Ab roll - 10 x 3
Finisher
- Grip strength with metal balls
- Tibialis raises
