  • L-sit - 30s, 35s, 30s, 30s
  • Knee tuck jumps - 10 x 4
  • Kettlebell crunches - 10 (6 kg KB each side, 6 kg, 6 kg, 10 kg)
  • Push-up position Kettlebell pull through - 10 (each side) x 4
  • Jack knifes push-ups - 10 x 3

Finisher

  • Plate grips
  • Tibialis raises
