Core Workout
- L-sit - 30s, 35s, 30s, 30s
- Knee tuck jumps - 10 x 4
- Kettlebell crunches - 10 (6 kg KB each side, 6 kg, 6 kg, 10 kg)
- Push-up position Kettlebell pull through - 10 (each side) x 4
- Jack knifes push-ups - 10 x 3
Finisher
- Plate grips
- Tibialis raises
