Warm-up

  • Gadha
  • Bridges
  • Bent knee wipers
  • Scorpion
  • Cat-cow
  • Stick exercise

Strength

  • Pull ups - 5, 5, 5, 5
  • Rowing maching (30 secs on, 30 secs off) - 4 sets
  • Monkey bar - 1 set

Cardio Workout

  • Box jumps - 10 x 4
  • Burpees - 10 x 4
  • Battle rope - 30 (each side) x 4

Finisher

  • Follow along back, glutes, hamstring, quads stretch
