- Stick exercise
Strength
- Pull ups - 5, 5, 5, 5
- Rowing maching (30 secs on, 30 secs off) - 4 sets
- Monkey bar - 1 set
Cardio Workout
- Box jumps - 10 x 4
- Burpees - 10 x 4
- Battle rope - 30 (each side) x 4
Finisher
- Follow along back, glutes, hamstring, quads stretch
