Warm-up
- Calf-raises -> Good mornings
- Shoulder warm up
Pre-workout (warm up set)
- BB inclined chest press (DL BB) - 7 (7.5 kg each side)
- BB squats (DL BB) - 7 (7.5 kg each side)
Workout B (5/5 tempo, 3 mins rest after exercise)
- BB inclined chest press (DL BB) - 7 (17.5 kg each side)
- BB squats (DL BB) - 10 (17.5 kg each side)
Finisher
- Calf raises (leg press machine, slow reps) - 25 (77 kg)
- Floor stretches
- Side squats
- Back stretch
- Hamstring stretch
- Calf stretch
