Warm-up

  • Calf-raises -> Good mornings
  • Shoulder warm up

Pre-workout (warm up set)

  • BB inclined chest press (DL BB) - 7 (7.5 kg each side)
  • BB squats (DL BB) - 7 (7.5 kg each side)

Workout B (5/5 tempo, 3 mins rest after exercise)

  • BB inclined chest press (DL BB) - 7 (17.5 kg each side)
  • BB squats (DL BB) - 10 (17.5 kg each side)

Finisher

  • Calf raises (leg press machine, slow reps) - 25 (77 kg)
  • Floor stretches
  • Side squats
  • Back stretch
  • Hamstring stretch
  • Calf stretch
