Warm-up
- Calf-raises -> Good mornings
Cardio
- Cycling - 15 mins
- DB walk up and down stairs (5 kg DB each side) - 10 times
Core workout
- Flat crunches - 20 x 3
- Toe touches - 10 x 3
- Plate jack knives - 12 x 3
- Inclined reverse crunches - 10 x 3
Stretching
- Floor stretches
