Warm-up

  • Calf-raises -> Good mornings

Cardio

  • Cycling - 15 mins
  • DB walk up and down stairs (5 kg DB each side) - 10 times

Core workout

  • Flat crunches - 20 x 3
  • Toe touches - 10 x 3
  • Plate jack knives - 12 x 3
  • Inclined reverse crunches - 10 x 3

Stretching

  • Floor stretches
