- BB deadlift
- Warm up - 10 (7.5 kg each side)
- Main sets (slow reps) - 8 (20 kg), 6 (35 kg), 6 (35 kg)
- BB bench press
- Main sets (slow reps) - 8 (20 kg), 6 (35 kg supported), 6 (35 kg supported)
Finisher
