Warm-up

  • Calf-raises -> Good mornings
  • Rotations

Circuit workout

  • Cicuit 1 - 3 sets, no rest b/w workouts, 1min rest b/w sets
    • High knees - 15 each side
    • Squat jumps - 15
    • Steam engine - 15 each side
    • Jumping jacks - 15
  • Cicuit 2 - 3 sets
    • Plank walks - 5 each side
    • Mountain climbers - 15 each side
    • Plank jacks - 15
  • Circuit 3 - 3 sets
    • Lunge walk - 10 each side
    • Outer kicks - 10 each leg
    • Plank position single arm DB front raises - 10 (2.5 kg DB)
    • Squat & Medicine ball throw & catch - 15

Stretches

  • Back stretch
  • Hamstring stretch
  • Leg stretch
