Warm-up
- Calf-raises -> Good mornings
- Rotations
Circuit workout
- Cicuit 1 - 3 sets, no rest b/w workouts, 1min rest b/w sets
- High knees - 15 each side
- Squat jumps - 15
- Steam engine - 15 each side
- Jumping jacks - 15
- Cicuit 2 - 3 sets
- Plank walks - 5 each side
- Mountain climbers - 15 each side
- Plank jacks - 15
- Circuit 3 - 3 sets
- Lunge walk - 10 each side
- Outer kicks - 10 each leg
- Plank position single arm DB front raises - 10 (2.5 kg DB)
- Squat & Medicine ball throw & catch - 15
Stretches
- Back stretch
- Hamstring stretch
- Leg stretch
