  • Rotations

Core workout

  • Abs crunches (machine) - 15 x 3
  • Medicine ball alternate toe touch - 12, 10, 10
  • Knee up half crunches - 12, 12, 12
  • Hanging knee raises - 12, 12, 12

Cardio

  • Skipping - 100, 100, 100, 100
  • Treadmill - 15 mins
    • Speed 9   - 9 mins
    • Speed 7.5 - 3 mins
    • Speed 12  - 2 mins
    • Speed 15  - 1 min
  • Cycling - 5 mins

Stretches

  • Back stretch
  • Hamstring stretch
  • Leg stretch
  • Kicks
