- Hanging knee raises - 12, 12, 12
Cardio
- Treadmill - 15 mins
- Speed 7.5 - 9 mins
- Speed 9 - 3 mins
- Speed 12 - 2 mins
- Speed 15 - 1 min
- Cycling - 10 mins
Stretches
- Back stretch
- Hamstring stretch
