Warm-up
- Calf-raises -> Good mornings
- Super set
- Pull-ups - 10, 10, 5
- Push-ups - 20, 20, 10
- Double bar dips - 10, 10, 5
Core workout
- Ab crunches (machine) - 15 x 3
- Leg raises - 15 x 3
- Declined crunches - 15 x 3
- Super set - 3 sets
- Plank - 30 seconds
- Mountain climbers - 20 (each side)
Stretching
- Stick exercises
- Back stretches
