    • Pull-ups         - 10, 10, 5
    • Push-ups         - 20, 20, 10
    • Double bar dips  - 10, 10, 5

Workout

  • Treadmill - 2 km
  • Cycling - 5 mins
  • Elliptical - 10 mins
