Warm-up

  • Calf-raises -> Good mornings

Workout

  • Close grip supinated lat pulldowns - 8 (45 kg, 5/5 count - 5 seconds up, 5 seconds down)
  • Front shoulder press (smith machine) - 7 (12.5 kg each side, 5/5 count)
  • Hanging knee raise to L-sit release - 8 (slow reps)
