Warm-up

  • Calf-raises -> Good mornings

Workout

  • Slightly inclined BB bench press (10 kg BB) - 8 (12.5 kg each side, 5/5 count - 5 seconds up, 5 seconds down)
  • Half-squat (15 kg BB) - 10 (15 kg each side, 5/5 count)
  • Hanging knee raise to L-sit release - 8 (slow reps)
