Warm-up
- Calf-raises -> Good mornings
Workout
- Close grip supinated lat pulldowns - 8 (40 kg, 5/5 count - 5 seconds up, 5 seconds down)
- Front shoulder press (smith machine) - 7 (10 kg each side, 5/5 count)
- Hanging knee raise to L-sit release - 8 (slow reps)
