Core Body workout

Location: Rama-Mandira Gym

Warm-up

  • Calf-raises -> Good mornings
  • Super set
    • Pull-ups         - 10, 10, 5
    • Push-ups         - 20, 20, 10
    • Double bar dips  - 10, 10, 5

Abs workout

  • Woodchipper (each side, top to bottom on cable machine) - 10 (15 kg, 20 kg, 25 kg)
  • Kneeling cable crunch - 15 (45 kg), 12 (55 kg), 10 (65 kg)
  • Hanging knee raises with 5 kg DB - 12, 10, 10
  • Weighted upper crunch (lying, 10 kg plate) - 15, 15, 15
  • Weighted leg raises (with DB) - 10 (2.5 kg, 2.5 kg, 5 kg)

Finisher

  • Wall supported Handstand push-ups (tummy against the wall) - 3, 3, 3
