Core Body workout
Location: Rama-Mandira Gym
Warm-up
- Calf-raises -> Good mornings
- Super set
- Pull-ups - 10, 10, 5
- Push-ups - 20, 20, 10
- Double bar dips - 10, 10, 5
Abs workout
- Woodchipper (each side, top to bottom on cable machine) - 10 (15 kg, 20 kg, 25 kg)
- Kneeling cable crunch - 15 (45 kg), 12 (55 kg), 10 (65 kg)
- Hanging knee raises with 5 kg DB - 12, 10, 10
- Weighted upper crunch (lying, 10 kg plate) - 15, 15, 15
- Weighted leg raises (with DB) - 10 (2.5 kg, 2.5 kg, 5 kg)
Finisher
- Wall supported Handstand push-ups (tummy against the wall) - 3, 3, 3
