Full Body workout

Warm-up

  • Calf-raises -> Good mornings
  • Super set
    • Pull-ups         - 10, 10, 5
    • Push-ups         - 20, 20, 10
    • Double bar dips  - 10, 10, 5

Workout

  • BB flat bench press (10 kg BB) - 10 (15 kg each side, 15 kg), 15 (15 kg)
  • BB back half-squats (smith machine) - 15 (25 kg each side), 10 (25 kg, 25 kg)
  • Seated rows (V handle)         - 10 (40 kg) x 3
  • Lying DB triceps extension     - 10 (7.5 kg DB, single arm) x 3
  • Super 7s (DB) - (5 kg each side) x 3
    • Lower half curl - 7
    • Upper half curl - 7
    • Full curl       - 7
  • Leg extension (machine)        - 10 (59 kg) x 3
