- Pull-ups - 10, 10, 5
- Push-ups - 20, 20, 10
- Double bar dips - 10, 10, 5
Abs workout
- Leg raises - 15 x 3
- Crunches - 15 (7.5 kg), 15 (12.5 kg, 12.5 kg)
- Russian twists - 10 (12.5 kg) x 3
- Abs cable workout
