    • Burpees - 30 seconds
    • Squat hold - 30 seconds
    • High knees - 30 seconds
    • Burpees - 30 seconds
    • High plank hold - 30 seconds
    • Climbers - 30 seconds
    • Burpees - 30 seconds
    • Up-down planks - 30 seconds
    • Elbow plank crunches - 30 seconds

  • Neck stretch
  • Triceps stretch
  • Shoulder stretch
  • Wrist stretch
