- Double bar dips - 10, 10, 5
Main workout
- Deep squats - 20 x 3
- Pistol squats (each leg) - 5 x 3
- Chin-ups - 10 x 3
Finisher
- Monkey bar - 3 reps
- Rope climbing - 1 rep
