Warm-up
- Calf-raises -> Good mornings
DB workout
- DB overhand rows - 10 (10 kg DB each side) x 3
- DB single arm rows (each arm) - 10 (10 kg DB each side) x 3
- Arnold DB press (each arm) - 10 (10 kg DB each side) x 3
- DB Hammer curls (each arm) - 10 (10 kg DB each side) x 3
- DB triceps kickback - 10 (10 kg DB each side) x 3
- DB calf raises - 10 (10 kg DB each side) x 3
