Warm-up

  • Calf-raises -> Good mornings

DB workout

  • DB overhand rows - 10 (10 kg DB each side) x 3
  • DB single arm rows (each arm) - 10 (10 kg DB each side) x 3
  • Arnold DB press (each arm) - 10 (10 kg DB each side) x 3
  • DB Hammer curls (each arm) - 10 (10 kg DB each side) x 3
  • DB triceps kickback - 10 (10 kg DB each side) x 3
  • DB calf raises 10 (10 kg DB each side) x 3
