Lower Body workout

Location: Kasol nature park

Warm-up

  • Calf-raises -> Good mornings
  • Super set
    • Pull-ups                 - 10, 10, 5
    • Push-ups               - 20, 20, 10
    • Double bar dips  - 10, 10, 5

Legs workout

  • Deep squats - 20 x 3
  • Pistol squats (each leg) - 5 x 3
  • Calf raises (each leg) - 10 x 4

Finisher 

  • Monkey bar - 2 reps
  • Climbing the rope - 2 reps
