Core workout

Warm-up

  • Calf-raises -> Good mornings
  • Super set
    • Pull-ups                 - 10, 10, 5
    • Push-ups               - 20, 20, 10
    • Double bar dips  - 10, 10, 5

Run

  • 1 km jog
  • Sprints - 5 reps (75 meters)

Core workout

  • 4ft barbell hold 
    • Leg raise hold - 10 secs x 5
    • Leg raises - 10 x 5
    • Leg raise + wide lowering - 10 x 5
    • Flutter kicks - 10 x 5
    • Leg raise hold in 3 positions - 10 counts x 4

Finisher

  • Single arm pull-ups with full support - 3 (each arm) x 2

Stretches

  • Neck stretch
  • Wrist stretch
  • Shoulder stretch
  • Triceps stretch
  • Child's pose
  • Cat-cow pose
  • Pigeon pose
  • Cobra stretch
  • Downward dog
