Warm-up
- Calf-raises -> Good mornings
- Super set
- Pull-ups - 10, 10, 5
- Push-ups - 20, 20, 10
- Double bar dips - 10, 10, 5
Run
- 1 km jog
- Sprints - 5 reps (75 meters)
Core workout
- 4ft barbell hold
- Leg raise hold - 10 secs x 5
- Leg raises - 10 x 5
- Leg raise + wide lowering - 10 x 5
- Flutter kicks - 10 x 5
- Leg raise hold in 3 positions - 10 counts x 4
Finisher
- Single arm pull-ups with full support - 3 (each arm) x 2
Stretches
- Neck stretch
- Wrist stretch
- Shoulder stretch
- Triceps stretch
- Child's pose
- Cat-cow pose
- Pigeon pose
- Cobra stretch
- Downward dog
