Warm-up
- Calf-raises -> Good mornings
- Super set
- Pull-ups - 10, 10, 5
- Push-ups - 20, 20, 10
- Double bar dips - 10, 10, 5
Cardio workout
- Toe touch + jumps - 20 x 4
- Downward dog toe touches - 20 x 4
- Stepper lunges + knee twist - 10 (each side) x 3
Stretches
- Neck stretch
- Wrist stretch
- Triceps and shoulder stretch
- Child's pose
- Cat-cow pose
- Cobra stretch and downward dog
- Pigeon pose
- Back bending + kick over
- Splits routine
