Cardio workout

Warm-up

  • Calf-raises -> Good mornings
  • Super set
    • Pull-ups                 - 10, 10, 5
    • Push-ups               - 20, 20, 10
    • Double bar dips  - 10, 10, 5

Cardio workout

  • Toe touch + jumps - 20 x 4
  • Downward dog toe touches - 20 x 4
  • Stepper lunges + knee twist - 10 (each side) x 3

Stretches

  • Neck stretch
  • Wrist stretch
  • Triceps and shoulder stretch
  • Child's pose
  • Cat-cow pose
  • Cobra stretch and downward dog
  • Pigeon pose
  • Back bending + kick over
  • Splits routine
