Upper Body workout
Location: Rama-Mandira Gym
Warm-up
- Calf-raises -> Good mornings
- Super set
- Pull-ups - 10, 10, 5
- Push-ups - 20, 20, 10
- Single bar dips - 10, 10, 5
Back workout
- Dumbbell Deadlifts - 15 (15 kg each side), 15 (17.5 kg), 12 (20 kg)
- Cable pulldowns - 15 (25 kg, 35 kg), 10 (45 kg)
- Barbell rows - 10 (2.5 kg each side, 5 kg, 7.5 kg)
Biceps workout
- Plate curls - 10 (12.5 kg plate, 15 kg, 20 kg)
- Cable curls (rope above face level) - 10 (15 kg, 20 kg, 25 kg)
- Air-seated preacher curls with zig-zag bar - 10 (0 kg each side, 2.5 kg, 5 kg)
