Upper Body workout

Location: Rama-Mandira Gym

Warm-up

  • Calf-raises -> Good mornings
  • Super set
    • Pull-ups                 - 10, 10, 5
    • Push-ups               - 20, 20, 10
    • Single bar dips    - 10, 10, 5

Back workout

  • Dumbbell Deadlifts - 15 (15 kg each side), 15 (17.5 kg), 12 (20 kg)
  • Cable pulldowns - 15 (25 kg, 35 kg), 10 (45 kg)
  • Barbell rows - 10 (2.5 kg each side, 5 kg, 7.5 kg)

Biceps workout

  • Plate curls - 10 (12.5 kg plate, 15 kg, 20 kg)
  • Cable curls (rope above face level) - 10 (15 kg, 20 kg, 25 kg)
  • Air-seated preacher curls with zig-zag bar - 10 (0 kg each side, 2.5 kg, 5 kg)
