Cardio workout

Location: Rama-Mandira Gym

Warm-up

  • Calf-raises -> Good mornings
  • Super set
    • Pull-ups                 - 10, 10, 5
    • Push-ups               - 20, 20, 10
    • Single bar dips    - 10, 10, 5

Cardio workout

  • Squats to dumbbell press - 10 (5 kg dumbbell each hand)
  • Spider-man push-ups - 10 (each side) x 3
  • Mountain climbers - 10 (each side) x 3
  • Dumbbell squat and jump (one arm) - 10 (5 kg, 7.5 kg, 10 kg)
  • Squat jumps with barbell - 10 (10 kg each side, 10 kg, 10 kg + ankle weights)

Finisher

  • Vertical jumps with ankle weights - 10
  • Vertical jumps - 10
