Upper Body workout

Location: Rama-Mandira Gym

Warm-up

  • Calf-raises -> Good mornings
  • Super set
    • Pull-ups                 - 10, 10, 5
    • Push-ups               - 20, 20, 10
    • Single bar dips  - 10, 10, 5

Chest workout

  • Inclined bench press - 5 (5 kg each side, 7.5 kg, 10 kg, 12.5 kg, 15 kg)
  • declined bench press - 5 (7.5 kg, 10 kg, 12.5 kg, 15 kg, 17.5 kg) x 2
  • Dumbbell flat bench press - 10 (15 kg each arm, 20 kg, 22.5 kg)

Triceps workout

  • Overhead zigzag bar triceps extension - 10 (0 kg each side, 2.5 kg, 5 kg) x 2
  • Triceps kickback with zigzag bar - 10 (0 kg each side) x 3

Finisher

  • Super set x 3
    • Diamond push-ups - 10
    • Elbow out diamond push-ups - 10
    • Close push-ups - 10
  • Wide push-ups - 20
