Cardio workout

Location: Rama-Mandira Gym

Warm-up

  • Calf-raises -> Good mornings
  • Super set
    • Pull-ups                 - 10, 10, 5
    • Push-ups               - 20, 20, 10
    • Single bar dips    - 10, 10, 5

Cardio workout

  • Squat to plank - 20 x 3
  • Leg raises + twist  - 15 (each side) x 3
  • Burpee with inchworm hand walk only - 15 x 3
  • Mountain climbers with toe touches - 10 (each side) x 3
  • Squat jumps with barbell - 10 (5 kg each side) x 3
  • Squat + twist with barbell (each side) - 5  (5 kg each side) x 3

Finisher

  • Squat jumps with barbell & ankle weights - 10 (7.5 kg each side, 10 kg)
  • Vertical jumps with ankle weights - 5
  • Vertical jumps - 5
