Cardio workout
Location: Rama-Mandira Gym
Warm-up
- Calf-raises -> Good mornings
- Super set
- Pull-ups - 10, 10, 5
- Push-ups - 20, 20, 10
- Single bar dips - 10, 10, 5
Cardio workout
- Squat to plank - 20 x 3
- Leg raises + twist - 15 (each side) x 3
- Burpee with inchworm hand walk only - 15 x 3
- Mountain climbers with toe touches - 10 (each side) x 3
- Squat jumps with barbell - 10 (5 kg each side) x 3
- Squat + twist with barbell (each side) - 5 (5 kg each side) x 3
Finisher
- Squat jumps with barbell & ankle weights - 10 (7.5 kg each side, 10 kg)
- Vertical jumps with ankle weights - 5
- Vertical jumps - 5
