Upper Body workout

Warm-up

  • Calf-raises -> Good mornings
  • Super set
    • Pull-ups                 - 10, 10, 5
    • Push-ups               - 20, 20, 10
    • Single bar dips    - 10, 10, 5

Push-ups workout

  • Diamond push-ups - 10 x 3
  • Reverse grip push-ups - 10, 5, 5
  • Shoulder push-ups - 5 x 3
  • Medicine ball push-ups - 5 (each side) x 3
  • Dumbbell push-ups with front raise - 5 (each arm, 2.5 kg dumbbell) x 3
  • Dumbbell push-ups with legs on medicine ball - 7 x 3
  • Superman push-ups - 7 x 3
  • Clap push-ups - 10, 7, 7

Finisher

  • Forearms
