Warm-up
- Calf-raises -> Good mornings
- Super set
- Pull-ups - 10, 10, 5
- Push-ups - 20, 20, 10
- Single bar dips - 10, 10, 5
Push-ups workout
- Diamond push-ups - 10 x 3
- Reverse grip push-ups - 10, 5, 5
- Shoulder push-ups - 5 x 3
- Medicine ball push-ups - 5 (each side) x 3
- Dumbbell push-ups with front raise - 5 (each arm, 2.5 kg dumbbell) x 3
- Dumbbell push-ups with legs on medicine ball - 7 x 3
- Superman push-ups - 7 x 3
- Clap push-ups - 10, 7, 7
Finisher
- Forearms
