Full Body workout

Location: Rama-Mandira Gym

Warm-up

  • Calf-raises -> Good mornings
  • Super set
    • Pull-ups                 - 10, 10, 5
    • Push-ups               - 20, 20, 10
    • Single bar dips    - 10, 10, 5

Full body workout

  • Side jump burpees - 10 (each side) x 3
  • Dumbbell side bend (10 kg dumbbell) - 10 (each side) x 3
  • 10 kg plate forward bend and rotate - 10 (each side) x 3
  • Barbell deadlift to shoulder press - 10 (5 kg each side), 20, 10, 10

Finisher

  • Side box jumps - 5 (each side) x 3
  • Long jumps - 5, 10, 10
