Full Body workout
Location: Rama-Mandira Gym
Warm-up
- Calf-raises -> Good mornings
- Super set
- Pull-ups - 10, 10, 5
- Push-ups - 20, 20, 10
- Single bar dips - 10, 10, 5
Full body workout
- Side jump burpees - 10 (each side) x 3
- Dumbbell side bend (10 kg dumbbell) - 10 (each side) x 3
- 10 kg plate forward bend and rotate - 10 (each side) x 3
- Barbell deadlift to shoulder press - 10 (5 kg each side), 20, 10, 10
Finisher
- Side box jumps - 5 (each side) x 3
- Long jumps - 5, 10, 10
