Cardio workout

Location: Rama-Mandira Gym

Warm-up

  • Calf-raises -> Good mornings
  • Super set
    • Pull-ups                 - 10, 10, 5
    • Push-ups               - 20, 20, 10
    • Double bar dips  - 10, 10, 5

Cardio workout

  • Jumping jacks - 25 x 4
  • Low forward jumps - 20 x 2
  • High Plank leg side jumps - 15 (each side) x 3
  • Plank to squats - 15, 20, 20
  • Crab position opposite toe touches - 15 (each side) x 4
  • Vertical jumps - 5

Finisher

  • Single arm dead hang - 2 sets
  • Run on treadmill - 10 mins (4 speed to 10 speed)
