Cardio workout
Location: Rama-Mandira Gym
Warm-up
- Calf-raises -> Good mornings
- Super set
- Pull-ups - 10, 10, 5
- Push-ups - 20, 20, 10
- Double bar dips - 10, 10, 5
Cardio workout
- Jumping jacks - 25 x 4
- Low forward jumps - 20 x 2
- High Plank leg side jumps - 15 (each side) x 3
- Plank to squats - 15, 20, 20
- Crab position opposite toe touches - 15 (each side) x 4
- Vertical jumps - 5
Finisher
- Single arm dead hang - 2 sets
- Run on treadmill - 10 mins (4 speed to 10 speed)
