Warm-up
- Calf-raises -> Good mornings
- Super set
- Pull-ups - 10, 10, 5
- Push-ups - 20, 20, 10
- Double bar dips - 10, 10, 5
Cardio workout
- Jumping jacks - 40
- Elbow plank - 40 secs
- High knees - 40
- Single leg elbow plank - 20 secs (each leg)
- Butt kicks - 40
- Shoulder taps - 40 (each side)
- Mountain climbers - 40 (each side)
- Up-down plank - 10 x 4
- Vertical jumps - 15
Finisher
- Run on treadmill - 10 mins
- Skin the cat - 2 reps
