Warm-up

  • Calf-raises -> Good mornings
  • Super set
    • Pull-ups                 - 10, 10, 5
    • Push-ups               - 20, 20, 10
    • Double bar dips  - 10, 10, 5

Cardio workout

  • Jumping jacks - 40
  • Elbow plank - 40 secs
  • High knees - 40
  • Single leg elbow plank - 20 secs (each leg)
  • Butt kicks - 40
  • Shoulder taps - 40 (each side)
  • Mountain climbers - 40 (each side)
  • Up-down plank - 10 x 4
  • Vertical jumps - 15

Finisher

  • Run on treadmill - 10 mins
  • Skin the cat - 2 reps
