Stretching

Hamstring flexibility - 60 seconds rest between sets
- Set A - 1 rep
- Straight leg swings - 10 reps (each leg)
- Kit Laughlin stick drill - 3 mins
- Sciatic nerve glides - 10 reps (each leg)
- Set B - 2 reps
- Elevated Calve PNF - 3 reps (each leg) (10 secs/5 secs)
- Banded Hamstring PNF - 3 reps (each leg) (10 secs/5 secs)
- Set C - 2 reps
- Jefferson Curls - 10 (reps) + 10 secs
Stretches
- Splits - 1 set
- 20 side squats
- Side split hold - 25 seconds
- Front bend while sitting in side split position - 10 secs x 4
- Manna progression hold - 3 secs
- Butterfly full stretch
- Butterfly position front bend - 20 secs
- 90/90 Hip stretch
