Hamstring flexibility - 60 seconds rest between sets

  • Set A - 1 rep
    • Straight leg swings - 10 reps (each leg)
    • Kit Laughlin stick drill - 3 mins
    • Sciatic nerve glides - 10 reps (each leg)
  • Set B - 2 reps
    • Elevated Calve PNF - 3 reps (each leg) (10 secs/5 secs)
    • Banded Hamstring PNF - 3 reps (each leg) (10 secs/5 secs)
  • Set C - 2 reps
    • Jefferson Curls - 10 (reps) + 10 secs

Stretches

  • Splits - 1 set
    • 20 side squats
    • Side split hold - 25 seconds
    • Front bend while sitting in side split position - 10 secs x 4
    • Manna progression hold - 3 secs
    • Butterfly full stretch
    • Butterfly position front bend - 20 secs
    • 90/90 Hip stretch
