  • Jumping jacks - 30 -> High knees - 30  -> Butt kicks - 30
  • Pull-ups - 5
  • Push-ups - 20

One hour Push-ups (EMOM) - 120 seconds rest between sets

  • First set        - 20, 20, 20, 15, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10
  • Second set - 10 x 10
  • Third set      - 10 x 9
  • Fourth set   - 10, 5, 5, 10, 10, 5, 10, 10, 5
  • Fifth set        - 10, 10, 5, 5, 10, 10, 5, 5
  • Sixth set       - 10, 10, 10, 10, 10
Total - 505 Push-ups
