    • Assisted pistol squats - 7, 7, 7
    • Bulgarian split squats - 10 (each leg), 10, 10
  • Box jumps            - 20

Finisher

  • Superhero HIIT Workout (HIIT) - 3 sets - 60 seconds rest b/w sets
    • High Knees                - 30 sec
    • Basic Burpees          - 30 sec
    • High Knees                - 30 sec
    • Mountain climbers - 30 sec
    • Basic Burpees           - 30 sec
