- Two-hand concentric pull-up and single hand eccentric movement - 5 (each arm) x 3
- Mixed-grip pull-ups - 5 (each side) x 3
- Chin-ups - 7 x 3
- Bodyweight rows - 10 x 3
- Supermans - 20 x 3
Finisher
- Monkey bar - 1 round
- Pull-ups - 5 x 2
