Warm-up

  • Pull-ups - 10
  • Push-ups - 20
  • 6 pack workout app - Day 5

Upper Body Workout - 30-180 secs rest b/w sets

  • Two-hand concentric pull-up and single hand eccentric movement - 5 (each arm) x 3
  • Mixed-grip pull-ups              - 5 (each side) x 3
  • Chin-ups                                   - 7 x 3
  • Bodyweight rows                  - 10 x 3
  • Supermans                               - 20 x 3

Finisher

  • Monkey bar - 1 round
  • Pull-ups        - 5 x 2
