Warm-up

  • Pull-ups - 10
  • Push-ups - 20

Upper Body Workout - 30-120 secs rest b/w sets

  • Two-hand concentric pull-up and single hand eccentric movement - 5 (each arm) x 3
  • Mixed-grip pull-ups              - 5 (each side) x 3
  • Chin-ups                                   - 5 x 3
  • Bodyweight rows                  - 10, 10
  • Forward lean push-ups      - 10, 10, 10
  • Pike push-ups                         - 5, 5, 5
  • Parallel bar dips                     - 10, 10, 10, 10
