  • Parallel bar dips - 10, 10, 10, 10

Lower Body Workout - 30-120 secs rest b/w sets

  • Super set
    • Pistol squats - 5, 5, 5
    • Assisted pistol squats - 7, 7, 7
    • Bulgarian split squats - 10 (each leg), 10, 10
  • Glute bridges - 20
  • Single leg glute bridges - 15 (each leg)

Finisher - 30-120 secs rest b/w sets

  • Muscle-ups - 6, 4, 3
  • Wide pull-ups - 5
