  2. Upper Body Workout - 30-120 secs rest b/w sets
    • Clap Push-ups - 15, 15, 15
    • Diamond push-ups - 10, 10, 10
    • Planche lean push-ups - 10, 10, 10
    • Archer push-ups (each side) - 5, 5, 5
    • Parallel bar dips - 10, 10, 10
    • Tricep dips - 15, 15, 15, 15
