- Single arm wave - 4 sets
- Double arm wave - 4 sets
- Lateral whips - 4 sets
- Kettlebell switching hands squat jacks - 20, 15, 20, 20, 25
- Hammer slams - 15 (each side) x 3
- Weighted shoulder press burpees without jump and push ups - 10 (7.5 kg dumbbells each hand), 10, 10, 10
- Finisher
- Side kicks - 5 (each side) x 3
- 360 kick - 5 (each side)
- Stretches
- Neck, wrist and ankle stretch
- Child pose
- Pigeon pose
- Downward dog
- Cobra stretch
- Glutes stretch
- Reverse Table pose
- Macaco setup to bridge - 1 reps
