Full Body workout

  1. Warm up
    • Cycling - 15 mins, level 12, 6 km
    • Eye to toe rotation
    • Squats - 10
  2. Workout - 30-60 secs rest b/w sets, 120 secs rest b/w exercises, each exercise rep count goes from 15, 14, 13 ...... 1
    • Diamond Push-ups
    • Clap Push-ups
    • Bench Dips
    • Wide Push-ups
    • Jumping Squats
    • Jumping Lunges (each leg)
    • Tuck Crunches
    • Side plank raises (each side)
