- Warm up
- Cycling - 15 mins, level 12, 6 km
- Eye to toe rotation
- Squats - 10
- Workout - 30-60 secs rest b/w sets, 120 secs rest b/w exercises, each exercise rep count goes from 15, 14, 13 ...... 1
- Diamond Push-ups
- Clap Push-ups
- Bench Dips
- Wide Push-ups
- Jumping Squats
- Jumping Lunges (each leg)
- Tuck Crunches
- Side plank raises (each side)
