CrossFit workout


  1. Warm up
    • Cycling - 15 mins, level 8, 6.5 Kms
    • Eye to toe rotation
    • Squats - 10
  2. Workout - 30 sec rest b/w sets and 60 sec rest during change of exercise
    • Shuffle - 75 each side
    • Jumping jacks - 45, 40, 30
    • Mountain climbers - 30, 30, 40 (each side)
    • Burpees with push-ups - 10 reps x 10 sets (30sec to 60sec rest between sets)
  3. Finisher
    • Box jumps - 5 x 4 sets (30 sec to 60 sec rest b/w sets)
    • Battle ropes - 6 sets (15 sec ON 45 sec OFF)
    • Hammer hit - 10 (each side) x 2 sets
  4. Stretches
    • Neck, wrist and ankle stretch
    • Child's pose
    • Cat-Cow pose
    • Pigeon pose
    • Downward dog
    • Cobra stretch
    • Forward stretch
