CrossFit workout
- Warm up
- Cycling - 15 mins, level 8, 6.5 Kms
- Eye to toe rotation
- Squats - 10
- Workout - 30 sec rest b/w sets and 60 sec rest during change of exercise
- Shuffle - 75 each side
- Jumping jacks - 45, 40, 30
- Mountain climbers - 30, 30, 40 (each side)
- Burpees with push-ups - 10 reps x 10 sets (30sec to 60sec rest between sets)
- Finisher
- Box jumps - 5 x 4 sets (30 sec to 60 sec rest b/w sets)
- Battle ropes - 6 sets (15 sec ON 45 sec OFF)
- Hammer hit - 10 (each side) x 2 sets
- Stretches
- Neck, wrist and ankle stretch
- Child's pose
- Cat-Cow pose
- Pigeon pose
- Downward dog
- Cobra stretch
- Forward stretch
