  1. Warm up

    • Eye to toe rotation
    • Squats - 10
  2. Workout - Each exercise sets - 15 reps to 1 rep - (40 - 120 secs rest b/w sets) - Start time: 8:18 AM
    • Diamond push-ups - Ended at 8:31 AM
    • Clap push-ups - Ended at 8:46 AM
    • Bench dips - Ended at 8:58 AM
    • Wide push-ups - Ended at 9:10 AM
    • Pike push-ups - Ended at 9:28 AM
    • Jump Squats - Ended at 9:39 AM
    • Jump lunges - Ended at 9:51 AM
