Movement practice

  • Bent-arm planche straddle half-lay - 5 secs x 3
  • One arm dead hang on shelf               - 3 secs (each arm) x 3
  • Nordic curls                                                - 3 x 3

Hand-eye coordination

  • Basketball dribble in one hand and tennis ball catches in other hand - 10 (each side) x 5
